Body Sculpt & Conditioning Classes are at Clarksburg Town Center starting in March!

The first class is always free for new participants! 
Come and try it out!
Classes will run through the entire year. 
Participants may sign up at anytime through the session. 
 
Classes will be held at
the Residents Club
Mondays at 6:30 pm
New participants
can join at any time.
 
 
Body Sculpt and Conditioning Class--Marissa Chubb—Personal Trainer
 
50-55 minute class designed for toning and conditioning
Utilizes weights, resistance bands, bars, versa bands, and various other tools that instructor provides
Covers all major muscle groups: biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, legs, glutes,  abdominals, etc..
Exercises are a combination of plyometrics, isometrics, isotonic, calisthenics, elastic resistances, etc..
Great for all fitness levels!

*Great for anyone who wants to add strength training to their workout and prefers group exercise.
 
*Much less expensive that a one-on-one personal trainer with same results!
 
*Improves strength, general fitness, shape and tone muscles, and improves bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis)

*Strength training research suggests that losing two pounds of fat and replacing it with two pounds of muscle will increase your metabolic rate by 8 calories per day!!
